PE pipe in the production process due to the impact of the environment, may cause some defects on the surface, the more common is the surface roughness or scratches. There are many reasons for this defect, so there are many corresponding repair methods. If it is found that the surface of the PE pipe is rough, it may be caused by the high or low temperature of the host head. For example, when the temperature of the core mold is low, the body temperature is too low to cause the surface roughness; the cooling water temperature is too high to cause the surface roughness. In this development situation, the cooling water temperature should be appropriately reduced. At the same time, we should also check whether there is blockage and insufficient water pressure in the waterway. And check the heating ring, raw material production performance, etc.

If it is found that the surface of the PE pipe is rough, it may be caused by the high or low temperature of the main engine head. For example, when the temperature of the core mold is low, the body temperature is too low to cause the surface roughness. The surface is rough. In this development situation, the cooling water temperature should be appropriately reduced. At the same time, we should also check whether there is blockage and insufficient water pressure in the waterway. And check the heating ring, raw material production performance, etc.

If there are ditch marks on the surface of the drain pipe, check and adjust the water pressure balance of the sizing setting water curtain at home, adjust the nozzle angle to make the pipe cool evenly, and check the sizing setting, cutting machine and other items for sundries and burrs.

If the defect problem of PE pipe is allowed to develop all the time, it will obviously affect its normal work, teaching effect and service life of the network. Therefore, we still need to repair it. If the damaged part of the outer wall can present a broken pipe wall or a hole within 0.1m long, the broken pipe wall or hole can be completely removed by a scraper, and the broken pipe wall or hole can be cleaned with cyclohexanone within 0.05m around different parts.

Then, apply plastic glue with good water resistance to the damaged part of the PE pipe, remove the arc-shaped plate with twice the damaged area from the corresponding part of the same pipe, apply glue to the damaged part on the inner wall, and bind and fix it with wires.

If the outer wall of the PE corrugated pipe has ribs, the ribs within 0.05m around the damaged part can be removed and scraped flat without ribs. The same teaching method described above can be used to remedy the situation, and the pipe can be restored and used normally at the same time.
